Question: I would like to order a Made-to-Measure screen? Is that possible?
Answer: All standard products and custom made screens are easy to order and pay for via the website. Go to Our Screens for availability
Question: I want to order a screen that you do not offer via the website, is that possible?
Answer: Certainly. Go to Request a Custom Screen and describe your wishes – possibly supplemented with a sketch or drawing – and we will contact you. Of course you can also call us – 07795 831 619 – and we will be happy to help you!
Question: I would like to have a logo placed on the screen. How does that work?
Answer: Placing the logo on the screens is possible with all products. You simply choose the ‘Logo – Yes’ option when determining the product specification. When placing the order, you will be given the opportunity to upload your logo (ai, eps or dxf file). We will contact you to adjust the size (max. 30x30cm) and location of the logo.
PAY ATTENTION! If you choose one of the engraved Etch designs, the logo option will be not be possible

Answer: Payment is easy to arrange online via Credit Card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard)

Question: Are there additional costs associated with online payment?
Answer: No, we do not charge extra for online payments
Question: Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Answer: For every order, a digital invoice is sent to the e-mail address provided
Question: What is the delivery time of the products?
Answer: For all products that can be ordered online, we normally have them ready for shipping within 7-10 business days for standard size screens and 8-12 days for Made-to-Measure Screens
Question: To which countries do you deliver?
Answer: In the Netherlands, Belgium UK as standard, others by request
Question: With which carrier are the products shipped?
Answer: The products are shipped with TNT
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer for transport to the UK :
Orders < £200 shipping costs £60
Orders £200 – £500: shipping costs £60
Orders> £500: shipping costs £150
Question: Can I return my order?
Answer: You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs after the product has been returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
PAY ATTENTION! Unfortunately, returns are not possible for custom-made products or products with a logo.
